The easiest methods to remove warts from your face

Warts are a small skin tumor with a rough surface that can appear anywhere on a persons body. While hands and feet are the most commonly affected areas, the face can often fall victim to them. Warts are quite contagious via skin contact with an infected person. This occurs through a viral infection known as the human papillomavirus, which has hundreds of different strands.nnThere are various kinds of warts, but only two of these commonly occur on the face.

These are the flat wart, or verruca plana and the filiform or digitate wart. A flat wart is not at rough as the other types, forming a smooth flat protrusion which is often flesh coloured and can occur in large numbers. This type is the most common kind of facial wart. The digitate wart is a thread like wart which occur most often around the eyelids and lips.

Facial warts are among the hardest of skin problems to hide or conceal. In serious cases, this has been known to lead to depression and torment from bullies in school yard situations. This is unfortunate, as the adolescent years are the most prominent for wart development.

Facial wart removal does not have to be a pain. Some people, especially children, are likely to pick at or scratch warts, which can cause bleeding and scarring which lasts much longer than the wart itself. Fortunately, there are many methods for removing facial warts which are much less harmful. Often prescribed are acids which are painted onto the wart area. These can work, but improper use can end up painful on the skin. There are natural methods available which can remove facial moles without pain, scarring or side effects.
